Processing technics
Normally, the steps for producing Plain MDF are followings:
Firstly pulp the wood chips into fiber through the machine, then mix it with resin after drying, sometimes wax is also added. Form the mixture into a mat shape, after hot pressing and cooling, polish it up and then cut it into the desired size. Finally, after the test of our quality inspectors, the products are packaged and transported.
